Fall 2021 FAQs

We are excited to resume in-person instruction and campus life activities after more than a year and a half of disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. However, COVID-19 remains a serious public health threat. New variants of the virus continue impacting the unvaccinated population and are even producing breakthrough infections in vaccinated individuals. To help protect the health of the campus community, CBU will follow or exceed guidelines from state and federal authorities concerning face coverings and encourages all who are eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

Keeping CBU Safe

CBU continues to actively monitor campus health conditions, respond to issues that arise, and invest significant resources to safeguard the campus community. In addition to encouraging everyone to follow health and safety protocols, CBU requires students, faculty, and staff who visit or live on campus to self-screen daily through use of #CampusClear, a free app for iOS and Android devices. The app features an easy-to-use, secure interface that allows users to self-screen daily by answering a simple question(s).

Additional information regarding the #CampusClear app may be found here.
