I have worked in the field of social welfare for 17 years. My career began at Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services as a social worker. I have worked at a variety of foster family agencies in various roles, such as social worker, supervisor, intake and placement supervisor, and social welfare administrator. In addition, I have served as a Foster Care Education Consultant for the Foster Care Kinship Education Program (FCKE) at Rio Hondo College.
