    She is a member of The Disciple Center Congregation in Orange County.
    She also provides pastoral counseling to members of her church who are in need.

  • Community Service & Involvement

    Aside from her work at CBU, Dr. Bergin is a dedicated sub-contractor with many entities that serve San Bernardino and Riverside County. Currently, she works with the Soboba Tribe of Luiseno Indians to provide counseling and educational support for their T.A.N.F. program.

    She is also contracted with the San Bernardino Preschool Services Department (PSD), which during her tenure there, has designed a program expanding their services by using Marriage and Family Therapist interns.

    Dr. Bergin also works with the Easter Seals Child Development Centers of Ontario, Upland and North San Diego and has also expanded their programs by using Marriage and Family Therapist interns.

    Over seven years ago, Dr. Bergin created a 12-week prenatal program for substance abusing pregnant women specifically designed for their unique set of needs called: Before You Were Born Prenatal Program. This program has been proudly operating ever since and is being used by Cedar House Rehabilitation Center. Services include both individual and group therapy along with prenatal, infant care, parent-child attachment, and child development education.

    Finally, Dr. Bergin owns and operates a thriving private practice in Riverside in which she serves children, couples, families, and individuals and has been doing so over the past ten years. She also is frequently asked to act as a Special Guest Speaker at community events linked to her affiliates.
