Dr. Alex Sherm is a full-time Associate Professor of Management at California Baptist University. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, business analytics, finance, and global strategy. Dr. Sherm brings extensive experience in curriculum development, applied research, and doctoral supervision, with a strong focus on bridging theory and real-world practice. His work emphasizes ethical leadership, data-informed decision-making, and organizational effectiveness in global and digital contexts.
