I have served in various senior leadership healthcare roles in the payer and provider space for the past 20+ years. This has included leading large complex care delivery organizations for Fortune 25 companies and Private Equity backed organizations, focused on delivering care to the most vulnerable and fragile populations. I was born and raised in Southern California and began my career as a USAF S.E.R.E. Specialist which led me to my first opportunity to teach in higher education at the USAF Academy.

Capstone
I have spent the past 15 years working closely within the machine learning space in it's infancy, particularly with Predictive modeling software and integrating that into clinical workflows for the intent purposes of Hospital ER avoidance. My scholarly interests intersect with optimal care delivery for chronically ill patients and how improved patient outcomes can occur while also creating value and economic improvements for the overall delivery system as a result.

Education Philosophy- At the heart of Christian education is the integration of faith and learning. It goes beyond the mere acquisition of knowledge; it strives to instill in students a holistic worldview that is grounded in Christian values and principles. In a Christian university setting, this integration is not merely an ideal; it is a lived experience that transforms the minds and hearts of students.
