Dr. Evangela Williams served as a Children’s Social Worker for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services for 27 years before retiring in 2024. She is an Instructor for the Division of Social Work, College of Behavior and Social Sciences, at California Baptist University. She has a B.A. in Social Welfare from the University of California at Berkeley, an MSW from the University of Southern California, and a PhD in Education from Capella University. Outside of teaching new social workers and improving the lives of children as a social worker, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family and her two fur-babies.
