Catering - Pam Mitchell
Pam began her career in the food industry by serving tables while attending college. She received her bachelor's degree in Art with a minor in Art History from Cal. State University of San Bernardino. She started working for Preferred Hospitality,Provider and Market Broiler restaurants, in 1996 and made the move to CBU in 2005. Her philosophy for customer service is to give the guest the experienceyou would like to have, if attending an event.
