Thomas Hayward

Year: Sophomore
Hometown: Riverside, CA, USA
Certification: Advance Personal training
Major: Business Administration
Areas of Specialization: Personal Training
Fitness Philosophy: My fitness philosophy is to use the gym to train more then just the body for outer looks. I believe the gym/exercise should be a place to train the mind. Using the body to break the mental barriers that the little voice in your head tells you what you can and what you cannot do. I want this to be a way for people to build a new mindset that will affect their everyday life outside of the gym while achieving a healthier way of living.
