Exercise Science/Piano Performance

Fitness Philosophy: I put the individual first and stress functional movement as the most critical aspect of fitness. A person should be as physically versatile as possible and able to overcome life's stressors (mental as well as physical) by exercising. Every exercise done should be applicable to improve quality of life; preventing potential ailments such as lower back pain, knee pain, shoulder impingement, or ankle sprains. Meeting clients' fitness goals is always my top priority, whatever they may be. I am methodical about implementing exercises of the posterior chain, core, and/or plyometrics in all sessions. Let's rock n' roll!
