5 Minute Workout Challenge

Here's a quick workout challenge that you can do at home or at a park! Are you in?

Do each of these for one minute:
  1. High knees
  2. Crab walk
  3. Plank with side toe tap
  4. Plank—knee to elbow
  5. Superman

Leg Workout Challenge

If you have knee problems don't jump! Make sure you push off the heel and your knee should be behind your toe line.

Do 5 rounds:
10 squat jumps
30 second wall sit
10 lunge jumps
30 second wall sit

Upper Body Workout Challenge

You don’t always need weights to build muscle. All you really need is your own body weight! 

Do 4 rounds:
10 tricep dips
10 push ups
30 second walk out

If you have dumbbells add: 
10 dumbbell flys
10 chest presses
