Bodyworks + Abs is a class that gives you a full body workout using hand weights. You'll focus on body parts from head to toe and finish off with an ab workout.
 
Bodyblast Boot Camp is a high intensity boot camp style workout that integrates high intensity strength exercises with cardio. incorporating group exercises, drills, and circuit style movements.
 
BOSU BLAST includes balance, stability, core, cardio, toning ... you name it! BOSU training targets the whole body, works the core and leaves you feeling great. Workout hard while having a BLAST!
 
BOSU Boxing is a class where you train like a Boxer and knockout your workout while integrating the BOSU Ball in the dynamic class setting. Each class will begin with a warm up followed up with a boxing drill incorporating the BOSU ball that will engage your entire body, balance, and endurance.
 
Boxing Bootcamp is a class where you hit the bags with the intensity of a personal training session and the motivation of a group environment. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by a workout that includes strength, agility and endurance.
 
Cycle is a non-impact workout and is one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals. You don’t even need to bring your own bike.
 
Deep Stretch uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. This all-level class will focus on alignment. Beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced participants can take postures to a deeper level.

HardCORE is a full class of hardcore abdominal work. Focus on toning and defining your abs and strengthening your back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using body weight and a variety of equipment. 
 
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out, maximum effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.
 
HIIT Express is the 30-minute version of the HIIT class.  
 
Kickboxing is an action-packed workout that utilizes a series of punching and kicking combinations to improve strength, muscle tone and endurance in a fun, energetic atmosphere. All levels are welcome!
 
Strongboard is a blend of high interval intensity exercises that incorporates the strongboard to increase strength, balance and core stability. 
 
Strongboard Burn offers cardio, balance, and strength training using moderate weights. Increase your dynamic stability, strength, stamina, and balance with this total body workout for all fitness levels.

Strongboard Pump is a high-energy class that combines high repetitions of light to moderate weight and dynamic bodyweight movements that are performed on a Strongboard.

Tabata Cycle is an intense form of interval training on the bike, Tabata drills consist of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Multiply that by 8 times, and you get one 4-minute Tabata. Plan to do four tabatas total in 30 minutes.
 
TRX Suspension Training leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
 
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music and choreography that will have you moving to a blend of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Add a little Latin flavor to your workout!
