Men's Health

Dates: Oct 1st, Tuesday

Time: 4:00-6:00pm

This is an event for the fellas! Learn your "numbers" (blood sugar, blood pressure, body fat, muscle %), enjoy yummy treats, learn new workout ideas and grab some swag!


Ladies Night

Date: Sept 18th, Wednesday

Time: 6:00-9:00pm

Come be a part of the tradition of Ladies' Night!  

Cardio Barre, Group X classes, eyebrow threading, manicures, Resource Fair, yummy treats, giveaways, education, information and encouragement...and a great workout!  Our weight room, the Curve and Fitness Suite will be open. We will have personal trainers available to answer questions and help you with your fitness goal. 


Couch to 5K

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Sept 10-Nov 7

Time: 4:30-5:30pm

We will take you from the couch to running in a 5k race. This program is for ALL fitness levels to prepare you for the Mission Inn race on Nov 10th . One participant that comes to at least 16  of the 18 sessions will have a chance to win the entry fee to the Mission Inn 5k race! (*Registration fee applicable for actual race.)


Spartan Challenge

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, Sept 10-Oct 24

Time: 5:00-6:00pm

Commitment, perseverance and dedication are just some of the adjectives required for to be a Spartan.  Weekly team workouts will not only help you prepare you for the Spartan Sprint race but also gets you off the couch and on the road to a happier, healthier you. Our Spartan Challenge is for all intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Spartan Sprint race day is October 26th in Tejon, CA. (The actual Spartant Sprint is optional and does require a separate registration fee.) 


ARC Attack 

Dates: Wednesdays, Sept 11-Nov 13

Time: 6:00-6:45pm

Join us for an ellipitical type HIIT workout on our ARC machines. You will work with a partner to help each other burn up to 800 calories using a variety of weighted and body weight exercises in addition to the ARC machine. This class is for ALL fitness levels; come prepared to work!


Murph Training 

Dates: Thursdays, Sept 12-Nov 14

Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Harness your inner warrior…join us in training for the L.T. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Workout. This unique progressive training is for ALL fitness levels. We will complete the Murph Challenge in its entirety on November 14th

Every workout progressively includes running, push-ups, pull ups and squats. The final workout includes: 2 mile run (total), 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats.


Self defense 

Dates: Saturday, Oct 5

Time: 1:00-5:00pm

Teaching women the ability to be aware and defend themselves against someone who is trying to use their vulnerability. This is a free class with a $100 value. Sign up at the front desk by Oct 3!
