Events and Classes

Come be a part of the tradition of Ladies' Night!
Piloxing, Group X classes, haircuts, manicures, Resource Fair, yummy treats, giveaways, education, information and encouragement...and a great workout! Our weight room, Curve and Fitness Suite will be open. We will have personal trainers available to answer questions and help you with your fitness goal.
Dates: Wednesdays, January 16 - March 13
Here is your chance to learn the best techniques in a group setting for Circuit Training (at any level)! This class will include instruction on proper breathing, technique and using the selected equipment. You will be taking away a wealth of knowledge from this class that you will be able to integrate into your own workouts as well as learning how to create your own routine. Class is designed to help you understand the fitness equipment in the Rec Center.
Dates: January 14 - March 4
Blackout Bingo like you have never seen it! Sign up at the Rec Center reception desk
- Incorporate one square into your workout at the Rec Center! (only one square counts per day)
- Blackout the bingo card by completing all the workouts.

Couch to 5K
Dates: Wednesdays, January 16 - February 27
We will take you from the couch to running in a 5k race in 7 short weeks. This program is for ALL fitness levels to prepare you for the race through Redlands 5K* https://redlandsrun.com/ on March 3rd. One participant that comes to at least six of the seven sessions will have a chance to win the entry fee to the Redlands 5k race! (*Registration fee applicable for actual race.)
Dates: Tuesdays, February 5 - April 16 (NO CLASS March 19)
Harness your inner warrior…join us in training for the L.T. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Workout. This unique progressive training is for ALL fitness levels. We will complete the Murph Challenge in its entirety on April 16th.
Every workout progressively includes running, push-ups, pull ups and squats. The final workout includes: 2 mile run (total), 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats.
Obstacle Course Training
Dates: Tuesdays, February 12 - April 16 (NO CLASS March 19)
Commitment, perseverance, and dedication are just some of the adjectives required for obstacle course training. Weekly team workouts will not only help you prepare for ANY obstacle course race, but also gets you off the couch and on the road to a happier, healthier you. Our Obstacle Course Training is for all intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
