Guest Tickets & Seating

The deadline to submit Commencement ticket requests is November 13 on the Exit Process.
The number of tickets is determined by the amount of graduates approved to participate in the commencement ceremonies.
Graduates participating in the ceremony do not need a ticket, but will need to request tickets for guests. All children age 2 and older will require a ticket.
NUMBER OF TICKETS PER GRADUATE
The estimated number of tickets available per graduate will be 8-10. Graduates will be notified the number of tickets available in the Exit Process which will be available October 18. Further ticket instructions will be given after completion. Please request only the number of tickets you are certain to use.
An email will sent to all graduate LancerMail accounts by Friday, December 8, if additional tickets are available.
The University desires to provide the safest environment for our graduates and their guests. Certain items such as balloons and wrapped gifts are prohibited at the ceremonies. To see a complete list of Events Center rules and regulations including prohibited items, please click here.
Due to the capacity of this event, seats may not be saved beyond 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Ushers will place guests in any empty seats 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
The Events Center doors will open to guests 1 hour before the ceremony - no exceptions.
