Download the Body Analysis Form and take the following body measurements once a month to compare your numbers for any changes from your exercise.

 

Measuring Arm
Measuring Arm

Place your tape measure at the midpoint of your right bicep. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your right bicep. Write down the number of inches on the Body Analysis Form.

Measuring Chest
Measuring Chest

Place your tape measure on the middle of your chest bone. Wrap the measuring tape under your left armpit and around your back and then back under your right armpit to the center of the starting point. Write down the number of inches on your Body Analysis Form.

Measuring Waist
Measuring Waist

Place your tape measure 1 inch above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your waist. Write down the number of inches on the Body Analysis Form.

Measuring Hip
Measuring Hip

Place your tape measure 4 inches below your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your hips. Write down the number of inches on the Body Analysis Form.

Measuring Thigh
Measuring Thigh

Place your tape measure on the middle of your right thigh. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your right thigh. Write down number of inches on the Body Analysis Form.

Measuring Calf
Measuring Calf

Place your tape measure approximately 4 inches below your knee cap. Wrap the tape measure around the circumference of your calf. Write down the number of inches on the Body Analysis Form.
