Lancer Day

Lancer Day is a special event designed exclusively for accepted students. At Lancer Day, you'll go deeper with professors in academic sessions, have opportunities to attend breakout sessions and hear from other offices including Community Life, Spiritual Life and the Career Center. There will also be an exciting time to celebrate those who want to commit to CBU for the fall!

Registration Quick Facts

Registration for this event will open on January 1st.

Lancer Day is being offered on three (3) different dates as an on-campus event.

The registration fee for this event is $20/student and $10/guest.

Parents and guests are also welcome and encouraged to join their student if they'd like. Students are allowed to register a maximum of two (2) guests for each on-campus event.

You're invited to Lancer Day, a special event designed to help you decide!

Lancer Day is an event full of activities and experiences for accepted students starting in fall 2024.

At this event, you will have the opportunity to learn about parts of the CBU experience that interest you most. Choose from a variety of sessions to help you make this exciting decision about your future.

You will also have the chance to connect with other accepted students interested in the same major, engage with offices around campus, and hear about different opportunities that will help you make the most out of being a Lancer.

Already planning to come to CBU this fall? This event is perfect for you to kick off your time as a Lancer!

This is where you can view the full event schedule as well as other helpful information.

A few days before the event, all registered students will be asked to download the app from either the App Store or Google Play. This will also be when we will provide the event passphrase to gain access.

Want to get a jumpstart? Don't wait till the last minute! Even though you don't have the event passphrase yet, you can get a head start and download the app today!

Getting to Campus

When you arrive to campus, we recommend driving in through our main entrance on Adams Street. Upon arrival, follow signs left to park at the east parking structure on the top few floors. There is no fee to park on campus.

After you park, follow the signs down to the Shuttle Station on the east side (right side) of the Recreation Center. Once there, you will board a campus shuttle and be dropped off at our check-in area to begin your check-in experience.

Check-in tables will be labeled alphabetically by last name.

Check-in is from 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM.
