Lancer Day is taking place on campus from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on the following dates:

Friday, February 18
Friday, April 1
Friday, April 8

Optional activities are available either before or after the formal programming concludes. See schedule for more details.

Virtual Event only:

Virtual Lancer Day is taking place from 4:00 PM - 6:45 PM on the following date:

Monday, March 21

This event will have some similar components to the on-campus event but in an abbreviated, virtual format. 

There will also be optional activities available both before and after the formal programming. See the full schedule for more details.

This virtual event will be hosted on a virtual experience platform using a combination of pre-recorded and live Zoom sessions.

On-Campus Events:

For the best possible on-campus experience, download the Life @ CBU mobile app and use the Admissions Events guide! This is where you can view the full event schedule as well as other helpful information.

A few days before the event, all registered students will be asked to download the app from either the App Store or Google Play. This will also be when we will provide the event passphrase to gain access.

Don't wait till the last minute! Even though you don't have the event passphrase yet, get a head start and download the app!

Virtual Event only:
This one-day virtual event is intended to be a dual-screen experience.

Students will want to use a computer to engage with videos and a smartphone to interact with other students.

While participating in this virtual event, all students and guests are required to adhere to our community guidelines.

A few days before the event, all registered students will be asked to download the app from either the App Store or Google Play. This will also be when we will provide the event code to gain access.

 

Getting to Campus

When you arrive to campus, we recommend driving in through our main entrance on Adams Street. Upon arrival, follow signs left to park at the east parking structure on the top few floors. There is no fee to park on campus.

After you park, follow the signs down to the Shuttle Station on the east side (right side) of the Recreation Center. Once there, you will board a campus shuttle and be dropped off at our check-in area to begin your check-in experience.

Check-in tables will be labeled alphabetically by last name.

Check-in is from 8:15 AM – 9:00 AM.

COVID-19 Update
According to guidelines from the state of California, effective February 16, 2022, wearing masks inside CBU campus facilities is no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals.
