Once you have made your decision to enroll at CBU, let us know if you plan to attend! You can do this by filling out the Intent to Enroll form at the bottom of this page.
- Submit your 2026-2027 FAFSA using CBU's school code: 001125
- CBU will access your FAFSA and build you a personalized financial aid offer. You will be notified by mail and email once your financial aid offer is ready to view.
- For more information about the FAFSA process, please visit the Apply For Aid page.
- Once available, review your financial aid offer and accept aid.

- Enroll in classes by signing up for New Student Class Registration! Academic Advising will support you through this online process where you pick out your first-semester classes. New Student Class Registration sign ups will open in early October! More information will be emailed to you.

The Spring 2027 Housing Application is now open! You may click here to view the living areas.
To apply for housing, you will follow these steps:
1. Access the Student Housing Portal

- Using your LancerNet account username and password, log in to LancerLink.
- Select the "Life @ CBU" tab on the navigation bar.
- Locate the "Residence Life and Housing Services" card and click on the "Student Housing Portal" link.
- If you are having trouble accessing LancerLink using your LancerNet account, please contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office at admissions@calbaptist.edu.
2. Fill Out the Housing Application

- Once you have accessed the student housing portal, select the 2027/2028 Housing Application. Complete the form and provide payment for the $100 non-refundable reservation fee.
3. Room Selection

- Room selection will take place at a later date after the 2027/2028 Housing Application has been completed and the $100 non-refundable reservation
fee has been processed by the Housing Services Office. Each student will be sent an
email from HousingServices@calbaptist.edu once they have been cleared for room selection.
- First-Time Freshman Students: Once notified, room selection will be available within the student housing portal.
- Transfer Students: Once notified, students will be given a timeslot to complete the room selection process. Room selection timeslots will be assigned based on the submission date of the housing application and the housing reservation fee.
