About

The Center for Biblical Principles in Business exists to address a common problem faced by Christian business professionals –“How do I apply the truth of Scripture to what I do at work?” The Center addresses this question through training and development, publications and research, and by strengthening the academic work of Christian scholars.

Through these endeavors, the Center strives to encourage and equip businesspeople to integrate biblical principles in their organizational roles, in their personal and professional development, and in their mentorship and development of future business leaders.

The Center accomplishes this mission through:

  • Training and Development - Through the Center’s speaker series, roundtable events and customized training, business professionals will learn how to develop a biblically-grounded framework that they can use in their work and decision-making.
  • Publications & Research - The Center equips and encourages business professionals through its publication efforts. Additionally, the Center plans to help fund research related to furthering the field of knowledge related to the application of Scripture to business practices.
  • Strengthening of the Academy - Business faculty members are instrumental in training the next generation of business leaders. The Center seeks to help Christian business faculty members learn and become experts at equipping students to apply biblical principles in their work.

“Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people, knowing that you will receive the reward of an inheritance.” – Colossians 3:23-24
