● ● ● Boxing Bootcamp is class that provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. Each class begins with a warm up, followed by a workout that combines strength, agility, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility while hitting the bags and focus pads.
● ● ● Bosu Boxing is an integrated balance training on an apparatus that is a cross between a core board and a stability ball. It's fun, it's challenging and it's a total body workout for any fitness level! It’s a workout that combines strength, agility, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility while hitting the bags and focus pads.
● ● Zumba Are you ready for a “feel happy” workout that is both for the body and mind? If so, then Zumba is for you! A fusion of Latin and International music and dance combinations will have you moving to a blend of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Add a little Latin flavor to your workout!
● ● ● Cycle Do you love to ride your bike? Imagine taking on steep inclines and rolling terrain –all without ever leaving the Fitness Center! This non-impact cycling workout is one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals. You don’t even need to bring your own bike.
● ● ● Steptastic steps up your workout with step choreography to get your heart pumping! Intensity is controlled by adjusting the height of the step as well as the amount of arm movements. Step Express is
Steptastic just cut in half for those who may be tight on time.
● ● ● Cardio Kickbox An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It's an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge!
 ● ●  Bodyworks + Abs gives you a full body workout using hand weights throughout the class working from head to toe and back with an ab workout to complete the class.
● ● ● Total Body is one of the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.
● ● ● Full Body Throttle is a total body workout involving a variety of fitness tools and techniques. It will combine cardio, strength, and core work in every class. Each week will be something slightly different and will incorporate tools such as medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, and more- keeping it fresh and dynamic for every class. 
 ● ● Mind & Body/Deep Stretch Explore the connection between breath and movement, body and mind in this multi-level energizing deep stretch class!  Increase strength and flexibility while you relieve stress and soothe your soul. 
● ● ● BOSU BLAST Balance, stability, core, cardio, toning. You name it, this class works it! BOSU training targets the whole body, works the core, and leaves you feeling great. Workout hard while having a BLAST!
 ● ● TRX the original, best in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform
hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise -
because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
● ● ● Lancer Insanity is a cardio class, based on maximum interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training.  You don't have to be in extreme shape– levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep! Join us for this full body workout!
● ● Pulse The Rec Center is introducing Pulse, an upbeat choreographed Hip-Hop class where participants of all levels are welcome get your groove on.  Each week will feature a new routine and allow you to build community with your fellow Lancers. 
● ● C.S.I. Cardio/Strength/Interval: Come try a lunchtime 30 minute express class designed to be full body, get your heart rate up and challenge different muscle groups! Before you know it, you're done! Interval training prevents boredom and can get you past any "plateaus" you might have in your fitness. This class mixes different cardio with strength. We will use equipment, body weight and even some fun fitness "toys!"
