Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology
California Baptist University is currently developing a 65 unit program to offer the Master of Science in Communication Disorders.
The University as a whole received renewed WSCUC accreditation in February of 2011. CBU's proposed master's program received final approval from Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) approval in December 2013. The planned Master of Science degree program is in the application process with the Council on Accreditation of Academic Programs (CAA) through American Speech Language Hearing Association, and has been approved for a site visit May 19 and 20. Pending the outcome of our site visit applications may open for interested students to apply, and if so, a link will appear on this web page. Potential applicants need to keep in mind that the program will only enroll students and open in fall of 2016 if it receives official approval for Candidacy Status from Council on Accreditation of Academic Programs from ASHA.
