Assist the Director of Global Mobilization in activating students, staff, and faculty to participate in what God is doing around the world to glorify His Name. Oversee mobilization and fundraising efforts. Prepare International Services Projects (ISP) participants through cross-cultural training and discipleship. A 40 hour/12 month; exempt position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee year-round mobilization efforts among students, staff, and faculty. Plan and implement annual mobilization calendar.
- Oversee year-round fundraising operations that total more than one million dollars. Manage team fundraisers and develop new income for the ISP program.
- Assist Director in weekly cross-cultural training and discipleship of students and leaders in both large group settings and one-on-one mentoring.
- Manage and execute intensive training weekends throughout the year.
- Supervise and mentor graduate assistants, student interns, and office support staff.
- Supervise and operate Global Surge 2 high school student international program.
- Oversee ISP applicant selection process. Manage files and conduct interviews.
- Oversee ISP team formation and placement participants.
- Assist Director with general mobilization projects.
- Travel internationally between 4-8 weeks per year-not more than 3 weeks at a time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
