University Place

The University Place apartments is a favorite among upperclassmen residents. This co-ed (by building) living area is home to approximately 400 transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). UP is made up of a variety of apartment styles from one-person studio apartments to five-person townhomes. Whether you’re studying in your apartment or hanging out around the BBQ with your neighbors, as a resident of UP you’ll be part of a great community full of opportunities to get involved on campus.

UP is also home to the Global Village, an intentional community of cross-cultural students who’ve chosen to live together in order to expand their worldview and learn about other cultures.

Each room comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser for each student. Other amenities include:

Air conditioning and heating
A kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven)
Card swipe access control on parking lots
