Royal Rose

Royal Rose is a quiet and picturesque living area that offers apartment-style living for transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). These one-bedroom apartments each accommodate two residents, and they are fully furnished by the university. Royal Rose is conveniently located near the School of Nursing and School of Engineering buildings. Students also enjoy the close proximity to Brisco’s Café.

The Royal Rose apartments come furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser for each student, as well as a sofa, coffee table and lamps for the apartment. Other amenities include:
