Stay fit and trim for the Summer, come in to the Rec Center to sign up for our 90 day challenge!! This challenge starts on June 1st and goes through Aug 31st!
Summer is the best time to start your health and fitness goals so don’t miss out on this great opportunity to look and feel your best! Sign-ups are already in progress so don’t delay! Includes: personal training sessions, monthly body composition testing to assess progress and nutritional seminars.

Lancer Fit 30 Day Challenge April 1-30

We know who you are...the competitve type. Well, now we have a challenge for YOU! For every day in June, you will be presented with two options for one challenge. You may do more than one challenge in a day. Everyone who completes all the exercises is entered in for a grand prize. For those of you who need MORE, there are "extreme" challenges on each day just to push yourself...sorry, no extra credit for those!
Sign up at the recreation center reception desk no later than June 5th and get ready to get fit AND have fun!

Rock Fitness
This class is designed for people who want to take their fitness and their rock climbing to the next level.
The class is designed for all levels of climbers and includes:
- stretching and exercising specific muscle groups needed for rock climbing
- climbing technique training and development
We are offering two different sessions. Each session is for up to 10 individuals.
