Strategic planning is a vital process at CBU. Facilitated by the Office of Institutional Research, Planning, and Assessment (OIRPA), it functions as an integral element in a set of coherent processes designed to increase CBU's overall effectiveness. The graph below depicts the five major macro-processes. Each element is a separate process, but is informed by and depends on the other elements.
