Administrative Positions

Program Director - Physician Assistant Studies

Physician Assistant Studies The College of Allied Health (CAH) at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position appointment as Program Director, Physician Assistant Studies, in the Department of Health Sciences at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Qualified applicants must have master’s degree (terminal degree preferred), PA licensure, as well as teaching and clinical experience. The successful candidate will serve as the Program Director (PD) for this new program and will be a member of a team of faculty with teaching responsibilities. Program Director - Speech and Language Pathology

The College of Allied Health at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment as Program Director for the Speech and Language Pathology Program in the Department of Health Science. Program Director - Master of Social Work

The School of Behavioral Sciences at California Baptist University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in social work.  The successful candidate will serve as the program director for this new program and will be a member of a team of faculty with teaching responsibilities that include courses in several areas of a graduate program in social work.  Candidates should have a PhD or DSW degree and at least five years broad social work experience as well as experience teaching across the social work curriculum.  Experience in practicum supervision required, and the successful candidate will have the background and experience to assist the university in the expansion of the current undergraduate curriculum in social work as well as in the development of an MSW program.

Art/Art History

Dean - School of Behavioral Sciences

California Baptist University is seeking a leader to bring a well-established School of Behavioral Sciences to the next level of excellence.  The dean provides leadership for undergraduate programs in anthropology, behavioral science, Christian behavioral science, psychology and sociology, and graduate programs in counseling psychology (MFT & LPCC licensure programs), counseling ministries, and forensic psychology.  The dean assists faculty in developing learning environments which reflect the needs of a changing and increasingly challenging work place for behavioral science professionals.  A terminal degree in a behavioral science discipline and substantive teaching and administrative experience at the post-secondary level are required.  Developing relationships with behavioral science professionals in the Riverside area, fund raising and student recruiting will be important facets of the position.

Biochemistry
