Graduation Exit Process

Commencement_Grad_Exit_Process.jpg

All graduation candidates must complete the Exit Process regardless as to whether plans include participating in the Commencement Ceremony.

You may CLICK HERE to begin the Graduation Exit Process NOW.

As you complete each step in the process, you will check a box indicating you completed that step.  A green check mark will then appear showing that step in the exit process as complete.

Your progress will be saved as you go and the exit process does not need to be completed in a single sitting.  Once all the steps are complete, you will receive an e-mail indicating you have completed the exit process and instructions on when to pick up your cap and gown.

NOTE:  If you indicate you completed a step, without actually having done that step, you will be delayed at the time you try to pick up your cap and gown.  (Audits for steps that are required to be completed by the government are run by our office)

Deadline to Complete Exit Process: Friday, April 25, 2014
Cap, Gown, and Tassel will not be distributed to graduates who have not completed the Exit Process.
